I have a fondness for way the manmade and the natural world intersect, and how. It’s not always good, or pretty, and what’s in the oceans and lakes is heartbreaking. This shot is terrific, not only for its ‘treasures found’ qualities (I love what B. said), but for its its gentle reminder that we’re all connected… (I had to enlarge it to see what was sea glass and what isn’t; seems like most colours are bits of plastic, yes? sigh.)

A beautiful collection Elizabeth. (I don’t want to know about the plastic!) But indeed it is a necklace, quite fascinating the way it has formed itself and beautifully caught by you.
